The Undisputed Greatest Chicago Bears Fan…Ever

This past Sunday was the ninth annual Ruben Brown Motorcycle Run, a charity ride headlined by the former NFL’er.  This is the third year that the event has taken place in Chicago, and featured upwards of 300 riders.

The ride raised more than $15000 for the local Salvation Army…which is nice.

As we know, bikers love tattoos…and apparently one biker really, really loves the Bears.

Gary Timmermann, a 45 year old factory manager, has 92 Chicago Bears autographs permanently tattooed on his body…the highlight being Da Coach, Mike Ditka’s signature on the back of his head.

Now I understand loving your team, but to me this crosses the line from superfan to super friggin’ stupid.  Timmermann has a special tattoo on his leg for Walter “Sweetness” Payton.

What’s worse–the fact that Timmermann has “Sexy” Rex Grossman’s autograph tattooed somewhere on his body, or that he’s not a fan of shirts.

It’s unconfirmed whether Superfan Timmermann’s mustache is real, or another tattoo in honor of Ditka. [Sports Pros(e)]
