The NHL Board of Douchebags Governors unanimously approved a bid for the financially plagued Phoenix Coyotes, from Chicago Bulls/Chicago White Sox owner Jerry Reinsdorf, while at the same time rejecting an application from uber-rich Jim Balsillie.
For $64 million dollars less.
