Obama Zings the Natinals at MLB All-Star Game

Everyone knows the Washington Nationals are a joke…everyone.

Horrible record, poor attendance, misspelled jerseys (hence the Natinals in the title)…they’ve become a laughingstock of a franchise.

Of course when things are this bad, the only reasonable thing to do when an organization is down like this–pile it on.

Enter President Obama.

After throwing out the first pitch in St. Louis, to Albert Pujols no less, the Prez had the unfortunateness of spending some “quality” time in the broadcast booth with Jack Buck and Tim McCarver…which is the equivalent to getting a colonoscopy with a baseball bat…large end first.

Of note is Obama’s thoughts on parity in the league…

“There’s a lot of parity, which I think is terrific, because it means everybody around the country has a little bit of hope for their team.”

Ok, good point…I agree.

“Maybe with the exception of the Nationals.”

Bam!

That just happened.

Well done Mr. President…White Sox fan or not, your approval rating just went up 100 points in my books.
