So, there’s been a few updates since ex-Giants LB Lawrence Taylor got busted for allegedly raping a 15-year-old prostitute. Seems the girl is actually 16, the beating she took was at the hands of her pimp, 36-year-old Rasheed Davis, and that she was instructed to tell LT that she was 19-years-old, instead of her true age.

Does that make things any better for Taylor? No…no it does not.

Here we are a week later, and let’s just have a look at Taylor and his attorney’s defense strategy. I’ll let you in on a little secret–it ain’t good.

Team Taylor, while admitting that LT was indeed in the Rockland County hotel room with the hooker, claims that sexual intercourse did not take place. Instead, wait for it, Lawrence Taylor engaged in a “masturbatory act.” The girl, however, maintains that the two did indeed have sex, and that Taylor’s story that he just jacked it is totally false. She also said that Taylor paid her $300 once the deed was finished, and that he asked her to turn off the TV as she was leaving the room.

As for the used condom found in LT’s hotel room–Team Taylor is going to argue that it wasn’t his, but rather had been left there by a previous guest of the hotel.

Good luck with that one. I’ve stayed in some pretty suspect hotels in my time, but I’ve never come across a used condom in my room. Too bad they don’t have anything to test the contents of the rubber for a person’s DNA or anything like that…oh, never mind.

Sorry LT, but that’s a lot of cash to have a hooker come to your room just so you could spank the monkey. If you’re were in need of a little visual stimulation, wouldn’t a Hustler magazine, or hell, even a Glamour magazine, been a more economical and safer alternative to a $300 underage hooker?
