Rays outfielder Carl Crawford suffered the most unkindest of male-related injuries on Tuesday night, after taking a pick-off throw from Orioles pitcher Jake Arrieta right to the twig and berries.

Something tells me Crawford was playing sans protective cup.

Ugh.  Talk about a dead-nuts shot…that made me want to throw up.

And just to add insult to injury, Crawford was tagged out by O’s first basemen Ty Wiggington while writhing on the ground in pain.

Double ouch.
