IndyCar driver Will Power, he of the powerful name you’d love to touch, was not very pleased with race officials at the MoveThatBlock.com Indy 225 after their horrendous decision to restart the race on the 220th lap, despite the fact that the track was still quite slick from rain.
You can guess what happened next—shortly after restart, Danica Patrick spun out and crashed, taking Will Power with her, and knocking him out of contention.
Power was understandably “livid,” and was quick to show his displeasure with race officials and their decision by flipping them the rarely seen, but still impressive, double middle finger…on live TV.
Here’s video of the incident, including Power’s double barreled salute (skip to the 4:03 mark)…
Power still managed to finish 5th, but that was probably based on the strength of his name alone.
