Everything’s bigger in Texas, especially the spelling mistakes

What’s worse, that this Rangers fan misspelled his home state terribly, or that he went ahead and and brought the sign to the game anyway.

Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez threw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Rangers/Yankees game this past Monday,  the same day he announced his retirement from baseball, and many Rangers fans in attendance, including this one brandishing a sign with a sweet sentiment but some serious spelling issues, showed their love to the 14-time All Star catcher.  Hopefully there weren’t too many with glaring mistakes like this one, but I’m willing to bet there was at least a couple in which Texas was spelled with two X’s and a Y, and quite possibly a Q.
