Meet Michelle Jenneke, the Australian hurdler who’s about to become your favorite athlete

Now that’s how you warm up for a race.

Australian hurdler Michelle Jenneke recently participated in the 100m hurdles at the World Junior Championships in Barcelona, Spain.  How she performed in the race is nowhere near as important as her pre-race warmup routine, which, when shown in slow motion, is delightfully entertaining and a treat for the senses.

If this doesn’t make you want to watch Track and Field more often, nothing will.
