Aussie man plays AC/DC’s ‘Thunderstruck’ on flaming bagpipes

Color me surprised. I had no idea there was a way to make bagpipes cool, but a guy who goes by the name of “The Bad Piper” has it all figured out. All you have to do is take perhaps the most annoying instrument ever invented by man, strap a fuel supply to it, and voila! you got yourself some flaming bagpipes. And what could be better than flaming bagpipes you ask? How about those very same flaming bagpipes playing the classic AC/DC jam ‘Thunderstruck”.

According to his website, “The Bad Piper” has been at it for roughly 15 years and even appeared on “Australia’s Got Talent”. It is easy to see why he is such a huge success. Between the Chuck Liddell “Iceman” style mo-hawk, combat boots and leather kilt, it doesn’t get more alpha.

The performance begins with a bit of a lull, but once the hip thrusting starts, it’s on.
