Wait…how long have I been asleep?  The Jets, that other, more dysfunctional New York based football team, actually showing some humility and grace by congratulating the Giants on their Super Bowl XLVI victory with a full page ad in the NY Daily News?  What’s next, Roger Goodell and James Harrison getting hitched in California?

Maybe this is a sign that blustery head man Rex Ryan will tone down his trash talking and braggadocious ways and focus more on actually getting his team to the Super Bowl, instead of just guaranteeing it year after year.  Color me shocked if that ever were to happen.

I could make the all-too-obvious crack about this girl’s hair color and intelligence but I won’t.  I’m sure those jokes will be able to make themselves.

And for the record, my dear girl, the only way Mark Sanchez is going to be involved in a Super Bowl parade in New York is if he’s hired to drive one of the cars the Giants players are riding in.

Yesterday we brought you the pics of Patriots teammates Rob Gronkowski and Matt Light and their shirtless dancing antics following Super Bowl XLVI.  Not even 24 hours later and there’s video of Gronk going nuts on the dance floor, and yeah, his wonky ankle seems just fine.

Once again, not sure how this will go over with the majority of New England supporters, but if they are to be upset about this whole fiasco, it shouldn’t be that Gronk and Light were partying it up despite losing to the Giants (blowing off steam as it were), it’s that this party was a major sausage fest.  Gronk seems to be the type of guy that should be partying with chicks—lots and lots of hot chicks, 24/7.

And yes, your eyes didn’t deceive you…at the 2:28 mark that was Gronk getting spanked by a shirtless dude on the dance floor.  No words.

Nothing turns a football fan into a snivelling, whiny child quicker than turning off the TV while they’re trying to enjoy the game.  I also liked the few who thought violence was a reasonable response to having the game shut off in the middle of an important play.  But my absolute favorite is the X-mas tree couple.  It’s February and you still have your Christmas tree up, fully decorated?  Weaksauce.

All I want to know is, how did Gronk’s ankle hold up during all that gyrating and shuffling?

And while dancing onstage with other shirtless men shuldn’t be condoned, at least Gronk has the physique to pull it off.  Matt Light, on the other hand, is built like an offensive lineman, which is perfect when  you play that position, as he does, but not so much when you’re busting a move at a post-game party.

I think the only way this doesn’t draw the ire of head coach Bill Belichick is if he was on the turntables during LMFAO’s set, which is a longshot.  Then again, it’s probably a longshot that Belichick gets pissed at these guys for partying after losing the Super Bowl.  The man is an enigma, wrapped in a riddle, clad in a ragged hoodie.

Redskins safety Reed Doughty’s neighbors were responsible for this huge Tebowing snowman, which I’m sure wasn’t easy to create.  But now that the fruits of their labor have been seen by the masses, can we finally put the Tebowing meme to bed?

When the Giants opened the scoring in the first quarter, thanks to Tom Brady’s intentional grounding call from the end zone, I can guarantee no New York fan was as happy as this guy, who laid out $1,000 on a 50-to-1 prop bet that the first score of the game would be a safety.

Hopefully the dude who placed this insane bet will use his $50,000 in winnings to buy himself some custom underwear, because there’s no way regular skivvies can hold this guy’s ginormous balls.

The whole set-up is pretty clever, although I doubt that anyone outside of a cannibalistic tribe in New Guinea would be interested in munching on a piece of roast Eli Manning.  From what I’ve heard human flesh is tough and gamey and doesn’t taste a thing like chicken, and I can only venture a guess that Eli’s roast flesh would be bland and flavorless, much like Eli himself.

Like I said, as far as taunting goes, this roasting of Eli Manning on a spit is well done, but does anyone else find the Eli effigy to be a little too lifelike, as in a “dead hobo with Eli Manning’s body type” sort of way?

The Manningwich consists of brisket, bacon, pulled pork, Sloppy Joseph (Ed. note: classy), more bacon, a giant homemade bun, and to top it all off, something called Brady Gravy, which is nothing more than clam chowder and a secret ingredient which may or may not be the Pats quarterback’s seed.  I hear it really brings out the flavor of the bacon, so I say bring it on.

All told this monstrosity is 34,780 calories and 2700 grams of fat, so make sure you wash it down with a diet coke.  Or as Paula Deen calls it, a light lunch.  And don’t worry if your heart stops in the middle of ingesting this mammoth sandwich, the extra bacon will ward off death by kick starting it for you.

If you’re the type of person whose gastronomic rapacity knows no satiety, gorge yourself on this and I guarantee you won’t need to eat for three months.
