Stuff like this happens all the time in NFL locker rooms, only it’s called hazing, and it’s usually rookies on the receiving end of pranks perpetrated by team veterans. So it’s a little odd to see second year DB Prince Amukamara get carried down a hallway hulking 6-foot-5, 280 pound DE Jason Pierre-Paul, and it’s even odder seeing Amukamara’s reaction to getting tossed into an ice tub by his teammate, because if it is just a Pierre-Paul joke, the look on Prince’s dejected face says he wasn’t enjoying it one iota.
Punter Steve Weatherford recorded the entire event and uploaded it to his Twitter account for all to see. After giving Amukamura his unwanted bath, JPP is seen to give onlookers high-fives while doing a victory lap amid much applause. Prince, on the other hand, slinks away with his tail between his legs, with the aforementioned dejected look on his face.
