• Criminally underexposed Tim Tebow finally getting his own special on E!

  Jets backup quarterback and man-about-town Tim Tebow will be the subject of a special to air on E! Entertainment Television later this summer.  Because if there’s one athlete the public needs to find out more intimate details about, should any exist, it’s Tebow (Ed. note: sarcasm is fun!).

  Scant details are available as to what the 30-minute show will be about, but I can’t see it as an exposé of sorts to reveal the seamy and salacious details of Tebow’s private life, because as most of us know, the man is as pure as new fallen Tibetan snow…and just as bland. Read more ›

• Tim Tebow’s Easter visit to Texas church expected to draw around 30,000 people

  If you want to draw a big crowd to your Easter worship service, you have to book a big name.  And there’s none bigger than new Jets quarterback, and devout Christian, Tim Tebow.  On Sunday Tebow will be making an appearance at the Celebration Church in Georgetown, Texas, where he will speaking for about 20 minutes to a potential crowd of 30,000 worshipers.

  Good thing the church sits on 60 acres, otherwise there would be some difficulty accommodating all those people.  Now the question is, what about washroom privileges?  Hopefully there will be enough portable toilets for 30,000 churchgoers, because if not, things could get awfully messy.   This is neither a condemnation of Tim Tebow’s religious leanings, nor is it an attempt to mock the new Jets quarterback’s beliefs.  It is, however, a story involving Tim Tebow and his former Broncos teammate Brian Dawkins, and as any good blogger will attest, Tim Tebow is almost as good as Kate Upton when it comes to pageviews.

  In an interview with Alex Marvez and Jim Miller on Sirius XM NFL Radio, Dawkins, the 38-year-old free agent safety, recalled a time during a team bible study session when the devoutly Christian Tebow and Denver director of player development Jerry Butler tried using their spiritual power to heal Dawkins’ ailing neck.  Dawkins was a teammate of Tebow’s the last two seasons.   Next Media Animation (NMA.tv) has nailed the Broncos-Jets trade involving Tim Tebow, like they usually do when a big sports news story breaks.  Sure, Jay Glazer, Chris Mortensen and Adam Schefter may break the actual stories in the NFL, but NMA takes the details of said stories to a higher, weirder, and more wildly entertaining level.

  For the record, I always suspected that the second level of hell is directly underneath the streets of New York.  The first level of hell is obviously Citi Field, the home of the New York Mets.

  Better get used to seeing this Rex Ryan, because no matter where you go, from now until the Jets are finished with Tim Tebow (or vice versa), you will be exposed to Jets fans Tebowing  in and around your general area.  Sure he’s smiling now, on the day the actual trade went down, but trust me, attention whore or not, Ryan will get tired of this Tebowmania very quickly.

  Until that happens Ryan seems quite content when a couple of Jets fans approach him in a bar near LSU and Tebow in his rather portly presence.  Better they do it this way than follow Sexy Rexy into the bathroom and Tebow for him while he’s dropping a deuce.  That wouldn’t be good for anybody.   Can’t say that I blame him…she is quite fetching.

  According to the NY Post’s Page 6, Tim Tebow has the hots for Dianna Agron, one of the stars of Fox’s hit show Glee.  While I’m not surprised at his choice in ladies (Agron is 25 and hails from Savannah, Georgia), I am shocked that Tebow would watch Glee, what with its singing, dancing, thrusting,  promiscuity, and unwed teenage pregnancy.  Unfortunately for Tebow the lovely Agron is currently dating actor Sebastian Stan (Ed. note: ???), who I’m sure is a fine fellow in his own right, but if I’m laying money on this, I’m backing Tebow all the way.  He has good looks, muscles, fame, and God on his side.   According to a report in the NY Post, Denver Broncos QB Tim Tebow went out on a date with pop star Taylor Swift after the pair were spotted out for dinner at  Toscanova Italian restaurant in Century City.  The coupling, if it goes beyond a casual date into a full-fledged romance, would be a match made in wholesome, white teeth and flawless skin heaven.  Separate they are cute as it is, but together they would be that sickeningly cute couple that everyone pretends to like but secretly hates behind their back because they just seem so damn perfect together that they put your sorry ass relationship to shame.
